WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER, DIGITAL MKTG & SPONSORSHIPS

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Performs and reviews analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, pricing, investment opportunities) and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships, acquisitions, etc.). Prepares and summarizes recommendations.
Identify strategic initiatives by working closely with the Activation leadership team both in HQ and with regional/field level stakeholders.
Works directly with business partners to translate top-down targets to an accountable budget for each group. Completes and reviews analysis, modelling, and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles. Partners and solicits insight from business and commercial stakeholders.
Delivers results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Manages the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting.
Help prepare business cases for desired incremental promotional request focusing on benefits to the company’s bottom line.
Builds strong relationships with stakeholders at senior levels. Designs and negotiates solutions to complex financial issues with activation leaders.
Share business insights and advances solutions and action plans to drive business and commercial leaders’ goals and short-term accountabilities. Provides credible insights into industry benchmarks and consumer trends, performance improvements, and growth. Facilitates to resolve complex issues. Manages and executes processes through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Applies understanding of the broader BAT/Reynolds context to offer solutions to ensure organizational objectives are met. Develops and manages strategies to proactively mitigate, or reactively address, potential adverse effects of macroeconomic goals.
Articulates a comprehensive view of financial results and approaches leaders can implement based on deep understanding of business partner and counterpart work context and situation. Considers competing views and alterative solutions when formulating recommendations for financial plans and forecasts.
Conceptualizes and designs new approaches to how financial data is collected and evaluated to impact future outcomes and decisions.
Drives improvements in data management through automation. Applies understanding of advanced technology to accomplish business goals and to provide greater depth of analysis.
Understands the interconnections between data, information, and results and translates this into forward looking narratives and forecasts. Provides clarity and alignment with senior leaders. Implements creative ways to show patterns and draw conclusions to help drive decisions and clearly communicate findings. Generates actionable plans based on complex results, ambiguous findings, and multi-year time horizons. Articulates understanding and awareness of business partner situation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Data Analytics

Consumer Packaged Goods experience
Tobacco Industry helpful but not required
MBA Preferred
