Specific Accountabilities

Manage all company social media pages through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, UnTappd, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google and more with brand consistency
Create engaging (and creative!) content for social media, email, website, and other digital platforms
Run digital ads through Facebook, Instagram, Google and more
Manage day-to-day messaging and monitoring with all guests across all social channels
Create and add new events, company updates, and store happenings as needed
Launch weekly email marketing campaigns through Busch’s internal CRM system
Plan and coordinate in-store and off-site events to increase engagement between Busch’s and our guests. Enhance our community image through assisting with appropriate sponsorships.
Promote B2B (business-to-business) marketing by partnering with vendors and neighboring businesses on various social media and email campaigns, cross-promotions, etc.
Communicate daily with guests, store personnel and other stakeholders to generate and update content
Collect feedback from our best MyWay members to ensure we delivering the best service and products
Assist the CRM Strategist with campaign brainstorming and large projects.
Analyze social media results to gauge the success of campaigns.
Contribute to organizational effectiveness by offering information, suggestions and recommendations.
Exemplify Busch’s beliefs and behaviors when interacting with guests and potential guests both in store and offsite.
Skills and Requirements

Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business or related field
Demonstrated knowledge of creating images, photos and videos for email and social platforms
Experience managing social media business accounts required
Experience running Facebook ads and Google Ads preferred
Some public relations knowledge and/or experience preferred
Some retail experience preferred
Proficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
Proficient presentation skills, including public speaking i.e communicating confidently with guests and team members while visiting stores and assisting with events
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and e-mail. Ability to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology
Excellent time and project management skills
